(The college district includes the territory of the City of Malibu, and a few community service classes are offered at sites in Malibu.) Interestingly, one of the most active student groups on the Santa Monica campus is the College Republicans. Maybe Carly would like to discuss public finance issues publicly with Tom Campbell on campus before the primary, at an educational event for students?
