The former because of the completely ludicrous "laying the groundwork for a national campaign" storyline which has been a prominent feature of the last 24 hour news cycle, and the later because as one of the oldest and least healthy presidential candidates in history he almost put this certifiable lunatic a heartbeat away from the presidency.
